D&D 5e is a superhero tabletop role-playing game.
No shade on anyone who loves what D&D has become, but I never cared for superhero tabletop role-playing games.
It seems like Shadowdark is everywhere. After watching countless video reviews and reading endless comments, I succumbed to primal urges at the end of December and ordered a copy from The Arcane Library. (Comments in DM Bluddworth’s videos were the final straw.)
It was sold out when I placed my order; the website stated that new copies of the rulebook wouldn’t ship until (early/mid) February.
My order arrived this afternoon, well ahead of schedule.
